At the PARC, we believe in building strong foundations—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through movement. Our youth programs and special events are designed to inspire active lifestyles, teach safe and effective training habits, and support athletic development in a fun, inclusive environment.
In partnership with AKASPORT, we offer a variety of dynamic sports programs and camps throughout the year, giving kids and teens access to high-quality instruction in a supportive, energetic setting. From beginner fitness and coordination classes to sport-specific training for youth athletes, our certified coaches and instructors focus on safety, confidence, and growth. Whether your child is new to fitness or preparing for the next level of competition, our programs help them move better, feel stronger, and build lifelong healthy habits.

The Ultimate Athlete Lounge (Weekends Only)
Recovery Zones: Stretch out and hydrate after tournaments, practices and games in our training room.
Conditioning Labs: Interactive workshops with trainers and tech-based exercises like reaction training using VR simulations.
eGaming Showdowns: Compete against peers in high-energy e-sports tournaments.
Virtual Media Immersion: Explore VR sports games and showcase your athletic highlights in a 360° environment.

Reset and Recovery Zones: Our Sports Medical Trainers are experts when it comes to showing young athletes the proper techniques to warm up and cool down with the goal of preventing injury.
Conditioning and Agility Drills: Faster, Stronger, Better! We have top tier coaches available to evaluate and train young athletes on how to become the best in their game!
